Learned: timing matters as much as the idea.

  • Started before the category became mainstream
  • Had investor interest and agreement
  • Funding never came through and the business was slowly shut down

Learned: the wrong partner can kill the right idea.

  • Built as a travel tech product
  • Team and work later got absorbed into another company
  • That journey eventually became part of FlyHub

Learned: sometimes the product ends, but the team keeps going.
